Files: what you get back to produce with

SVG, DXF, CorelDRAW-SVG and PDF — which files you want to receive with every order, and where they go.

You will find this in your portal at app.mark2form.com: open your software under My software, go to the Settings tab and open the Production section; you save with Save production. The field names are in Dutch, also in the English portal; below you will find each one as the portal shows it. As soon as an order comes in, we make the production files and send them to the address you set here.

Which files do you want to receive? (Welke bestanden wil je ontvangen?)

Under that question you tick what you want to get:

  • SVG (productie-vector) — the production vector
  • DXF (freesmachine) — for the cutting machine
  • CDR (CorelDRAW)
  • Offerte / BOM PDF — quote and bill of materials
  • Preview PNG

Tick what you actually use. Ticking everything is fine, but it means an email with an attachment per format on every order, only a few of which you open.

Email production files to (Mail productie-bestanden naar)

The address of your workshop or of yourself. This is where the files go the moment an order comes in.

If you have not filled in an Algemeen contact-email (general contact email) under General, quote requests from your configurator go to this address too.

A copy for your customer

The email with the files only goes to the address above; your customer does not get a copy, and the portal has no setting for that either. If you want your customer to have their order in writing, they follow it on their own status page; see Orders, quotes and the statuses.

Settings for the cutting machine

Cutter size, bend radius and corner rounding are production settings we tune for you — deliberately not in your own form, because a wrong value there produces files that cannot be made.

What you do choose yourself is the Production profile, in the same Production section and only for Neon Logo: how tightly the software traces your logo. Fijn (fine) keeps detail, Standaard (standard) is the recommended choice and Grof (coarse) gives calm shapes. When in doubt, leave it as it is.

If something is off in your DXF or your CorelDRAW file, let us know at support@mark2form.com and we will adjust it.
