One monthly amount, set by how many production files you download
Your monthly amount follows your usage. Neon Logo and Neon Text each have their own volume tiers. Per product, we count the production files you download in a calendar month. That number sets your tier, and the tier sets your monthly amount. Download nothing in a month and you pay the first tier for that product: that is the minimum.
Annual plan: 10% off every tier. You still pay for what you use, billed monthly. 12 months, then renewed automatically; you can cancel up to the last day. You choose the annual plan per product.

What counts, and what does not
One thing counts: a downloaded production file. Below is when the counter goes up, and when it stays put.

One downloaded production file, per product, per calendar month (Europe/Amsterdam).
A new design revision counts again — that is a new file.
Each product has its own counter and its own tier.

Downloading the same revision again in the same month — including in another format.

Product
What is the difference between Neon Logo and Neon Text?
Neon Logo starts from a file your customer uploads; it is traced into neon tubes. Neon Text starts from a text box and a font. After that everything is the same: the same choices for size and colour, the same production file.
Which files do I get?
For every design, SVG, DXF, CorelDRAW-SVG or PDF. If an output format is added, you get it without changing anything about your integration.
How does the configurator get onto my site?
With a snippet of code on your page, one for each product. The configurator then runs inside your own site, and your customer orders from you.
Do I have to paste the code again when I change something?
No. Different prices, a new colour or another button label is live as soon as you save. The code on your site stays the same.
Trial
Can I try it first?
Free for 7 days, no payment details needed. For one user. You test it yourself, in your portal. It does not go live on your own website yet.
What happens when the trial ends?
Downloading production files and putting the configurator live on your site come with a subscription. After 7 days without a subscription the trial stops and the configurator is switched off.How the trial works
Pricing
What if I go past the highest tier?
The amount stays the same. From 150 downloads in a month you pay the same per product, however many more there are. No surcharge per extra download is added.
And if I download nothing in a month?
Then, for each product you subscribe to, you pay the minimum: the first tier. That is € 25 for Neon Logo and € 5 for Neon Text. During your trial you pay nothing.
I use both products. What do I pay?
Per product, the amount for the tier you end up in that month, and on your invoice the sum of those amounts. The counters are separate: your counts do not add up into a single tier.
When do I pay?
Per month, for the month just gone. You pay nothing up front and you do not buy credit. The first time you pay by card or iDEAL; after that the monthly amount is collected automatically.
