Branding: your logo, your colour, your name
Making the configurator look like it is yours — because it is.
Your visitor should never notice that someone else is behind the software. The Your logo and colours block takes care of that. You will find it in your portal at app.mark2form.com: open your software under My software, go to the Settings tab and open the Appearance section. You save with Save appearance.
What you set
| Field | Where it shows up |
|---|---|
| Logo | At the top of the design screen and at the top of the emails to your customer |
| Accent colour | Buttons and accents in the configurator, and the colour in your emails |
| Brand name | Your name in the emails to your customer |
| Show “powered by” at the bottom | A small reference to us below the configurator. Off means it is not there |
The Quote email address is not in this block but in the Emails section, where you save with Save addresses. That is where the email for every new order arrives, and the test emails of your status emails while test mode is on. Quote requests from your configurator, with the design and the price, do not go to the quote email address but to Algemeen contact-email (general contact email; see General). Which email arrives where is in Notifications to you.
The logo
SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB. You upload it, or paste a link to your logo. SVG looks best — it stays sharp on every screen.
Prefer a logo that works on a light background: the design screen and the emails both have a light header. A logo with a transparent background is always the safest choice.
The accent colour
One colour (for example #E11D74), picked with the colour picker. Buttons and
highlights follow that colour.
Pick a colour with enough contrast against white: white text goes on top of it. A very light yellow or pastel reads badly as a result.
Each section saves separately
The Settings tab has five sections, each with its own button. Save appearance saves only what is in Appearance. Save something in another section and your logo and colour stay exactly as they were.
How do you check it?
Use See it the way your customer does on the Use it tab to see exactly what a visitor sees. For the emails: move an order to “shipped”. While the test mode of your status emails is on, that email comes to you, and you see your logo and colour straight away.
